The Bryan County School System is accepting applications for a Head Baseball Coach at Richmond Hill High School, beginning with the 2019-20 school year. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

Education/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable field of education from a Georgia Professional Standards Commission approved college/university. 

Georgia teaching certificate required (grades 9 – 12 – any subject area).

Skills:

Ability to develop and maintain a successful high school baseball program.  Expectations include: supporting district-wide vision, mission and academic goals; effective and appropriate communication/relationship with school system leaders, colleagues, students, parents and community members; strong comprehension and ability to implement all GHSA rules and regulations related to baseball; collaboration with school leadership to develop game and practice schedules; supporting academic needs of students; and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work Experience:

A minimum of 5 years successful coaching experience as Head Baseball Coach or Assistant Baseball Coach.

Salary:

BCS Certified Staff Salary schedule (located on the Human Resources homepage) plus supplement
