The Bryan County School system is currently accepting applications for Coordinator of Human Resources. The successful candidate must meet all requirements as listed below:  

Position Overview: To assist the Director of Human Resources in supporting the vision of the school district through ongoing and progressive efforts to attract, recruit and retain a highly effective workforce with the overall goal of increasing student achievement across the district.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred;
• Three (3) years of experience in a public school setting or equivalent human resources experience in a public school system preferred;

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred. 

Skills and Abilities: Skills and abilities include but are not limited to an exhibited ability to: use critical thinking skills to make decisions about scope of work, approach problem solving in a detail-oriented, logical and methodical manner, work collaboratively within a team, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, as well as maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Placement on the salary scale is determined by verified, job-related experience.
