The Bryan County School system is currently accepting applications for Director of Curriculum and Instruction, 6-12, for the 2023-24 school year. The successful candidate must meet all requirements as listed below:

Position Overview:

Provide leadership and oversight in the ongoing planning, development, implementation, review and evaluation of the district's curriculum, instruction and assessments.  Collaborate with district, school leadership and others to ensure curriculum, instruction and assessment initiatives are aligned with school improvement plans.  Provide support to ensure instructional needs of all schools are met.  The Director of Curriculum and Instruction reports directly to the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction.

Job Qualifications:

Valid Georgia teaching certificate required, with at least three years of successful teaching experience; master's degree in school leadership preferred; administrative experience at the school level preferred.
