The Bryan County School system is currently accepting applications for an Intervention Specialist at Bryan County Elementary School for the 2018-19 school year. The successful candidate must meet all requirements as listed below:
Position Overview: Plans, implements, and assesses academic intervention services within the school to support teachers and students academically.
Job Qualifications:

Valid Georgia teaching certificate

T-5 Certificate in an instructional area preferred

Three years successful teaching experience preferred
Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated skills in organization and problem solving, with the ability to exercise independent judgment, troubleshoot, and solve basic problems; demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); ability to prepare reports, draft professional correspondence, and process transactions as directed; ability to respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external customers; ability to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement; ability to act as a representative of Bryan County Schools, as well as the ability to work across functional boundaries and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
